Grey listing
I used to have this on an old plesk server. It was quite effective against spam. Are there any plans to make an easy greylisting solution for cpanel?
Most spam seems to be stopped by using sender verify but there are a few getting through which are such OBVIOUS spam I find it annoying. Normal Bayes filtering doesn't seem to realise it is totally spam and often gives it a negative score.
If you have auto learn switched on what is the feedback mechanism? Does marking mail as junk in a normal imap mail client tell it it has misclassified it or is there a more complicated procedure?
If there is only a more complicated method could it be built in to the auto learn system that you had a dedicated imap spam folder you moved everything into if it was misdiagnosed as ok when actually spam and a ham folder you copied mail into if it were classified as spam when it wasn't? All done via a normal imap mail client. This would make it easier for each individual user to make a spam/ham profile that was accurate for them.
There isn't an easy manual block for spammy domains either. I'd like to block gmail on the server side configuration as on the user side it means it goes through all the sender call out first then bins it. Seems a waste of resources. I'd just like to reject it all, asap. Preferably in such a manner that google realise they are allowing spammers to use their mail system.

I did a search and all of it seemed out of date hence my question :-) ASSPX module seemed like one answer but it doesn't seem to be maintained. 0 -
I see you have already added your feedback to the feature request. This is the best way to see a new feature implemented in cPanel. As far as workarounds with ASSP, there is a thread here about ASSP Deluxe which may interest you: ASSP Deluxe Note that these types of third-party applications are not supported by cPanel.
