Login problem

hello friends i can login as root throw web and ssh but i cant login with any other hosting user i disabled cPHulk and chnged password for my test accounts and always same thing : The login is invalid. please help me resolve this

  Hello :) Please make sure you are accessing cPanel and not WHM when attempting to login as an individual user. You would use /cpanel or :2082 in the URL instead of the same URL that you use for WHM. Thank you.

  hi thank you my friend now its working :) i dident see the ports are diffrent

  I am happy to see it's now working well with the correct ports. For reference, cPanel uses ports 2082 and 2083 (secure) and WHM uses ports 2086 and 2087 (secure). Thank you.
