Error from sql query: #42000

Hello folks, I'm running a VPS - CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 virtuozzo " WHM 11.40.1 (build 11). The VPS had to be rebuilt just over a week ago using a openvz template when malware was discovered on the server. The new VPS is clean, but there have been a few issues that needed reconfiguring. There seems to be one remaining concern. When I go into the cPanel of each account and click on the backup icon, it displays the following message at the top of the screen - ################################################################## Error from sql query: #42000: Can't find any matching row in the user tableError from sql query: #42000: Can't find any matching row in the user tableError from sql query: #42000: Can't find any matching row in the user tableError from sql query: #42000: Can't find any matching row in the user table ################################################################## This message appears in each cPanel account including those that don't have any MySQL databases created. I don't know much about cPanel, and the MySQL databases for Wordpress etc., seem to be working without issue, but I'm guessing this message is not normal? Screenshot attached. Can anybody suggest what may be causing this error message? Many thanks, Myles

  I'm happy to report that this issue has now been fixed by my host. :) I'm not sure what actually caused the problem, but they were able to sort it out! :)

  I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. To note, I have seen this error in the past when the "skip-name-resolve" entry is added to the /etc/my.cnf file. Thank you.
