    Hello :) cPHulk only restricts authentication, so it would not cause a disconnect. Do you notice any particular entries in /var/log/messages when your FTP connection is terminated? Do you have any firewall rules enabled that could be limiting FTP traffic? Thank you.

    Hi The problems start in all service... email, ftp... And starts when i log in with the IP I said before... when I log in with another IP it's work. Any suggestions?? :)

    Could you elaborate on the exact message you receive when attempting to login? Is it an authentication failure or complete connection rejection? Thank you.

    No logs, When I try to enter, sometimes, it's blocks (no response). I have to recharge to log in again. I don't know it that probles is of my connection or my configuration of dedicated server

    Check the following log files the next time this happens and see if you notice any output related to the request: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
