Hello, Can you help me to provide to my client a backup link (what is the command line) because its space is suspended and can not access to his cpanel space at the backup section.

  Hello :) Backing up an account through the command line is only possible with root access. The command to package the account is: /scripts/pkgacct $username

  Hello, I made the command line but I didn 't found at the folder level. tar.gz my MySQL files. Can you help me plz.

  the tar.gz would be in your /home directory
