    cPanel is not the one hosting your website - this is likely something you need to speak to your hosting provider about. Unfortuantely all I can really recommend is that you follow the instructions in the blacklist message, which you indicated you already did.

    Hello :) I searched for that blacklist rejection message on Google and the typical answer was that it can take a few days before you receive a response after sending a removal request to delist@messaging.microsoft.com. Thank you.
