Remote FTP validation problem
Hello,
I brought a premium account from uploaded.net & I want to store my backup files there. They provide me FTP account to upload my files. But when I tried to validate FTP from backup configuration cpanel it's showing this error:
"Error: Validation for transport "ftp.uploaded.net" failed: Could not download test file: Backup/validate.tmp-85555-1392975707.txt: Permission denied."
When the server got automatic backup it's sending me this error message:
Backup destination "Uploaded.net" has been disabled on
+===================================+
| Transport Disabled |
+===================================+
| Name: Uploaded.net
| Type: FTP
| Remote Host: ftp.uploaded.net
|
| Reason: Could not download test file:
MSM/validate.tmp-73270-1392966006.txt: Permission denied.
Uploaded.net don't support to download files by FTP. How can I bypass this limitation from cpanel ? I can see my backups not transferring to uploaded.net. Please help me. Thanks in advance :).

Hi cPanelMichael Any update? 0 -
Yes, per the ticket, the primary issue here is that your FTP server provider does not allow you to download files. Our backup system requires the ability to download files to validate the destination. Please contact your FTP server provider to see if they can lift this restriction. Thank you. 0
