Hello :) Apache will no longer compile with mod_frontpage when using EasyApache. There is an internal case open (#91265) to address the need to completely uninstall all aspects of Frontpage from a system. It's tentatively scheduled for inclusion with cPanel version 11.44. In the meantime, you could manually remove the frontpage RPM, and the /usr/local/frontpage directory. Thank you.

Removing /usr/local/frontpage and the RPMs, wont cause any adverse effects? I am assuming that doing this will remove it from WHM as well as any cPanels that may have them.

You should first remove frontpage extensions from accounts. Use the Uninstall Frontpage Extensions feature in WHM to do this. Once you have removed Frontpage from each account, then you should proceed with removing the RPM and /usr/local/frontpage location.
