cannot send emails
My domain's MX records point elsewhere and cannot send emails to my domain from the web webpage.
the MX records is set to a external mail server, it may be that hosting system assumes the MX is hosted locally and it fails delivering locally to external mail server. The hosting don't have option for "Remote Mail Exchanger" to indicate all email sent to this domain from webpage should be delivered externally based on the MX record(s).
Any suggestions and solutions would be a great help.

Remove the domain from /etc/localdomains and add it to /etc/remotedomains. I think in the MX editor there's an option you can check for this as well, but who uses MX editor nowadays ;) 0 -
What vanessa said is correct however you posted [QUOTE] The hosting don't have option for "Remote Mail Exchanger"
so only your provider will be able to do this for you0 -

Hello :) I recommend consulting with your hosting provider as suggested in the previous post. Your hosting provider will be able to to modify this setting for you if you do not have access to it under "MX Entry" in cPanel. Thank you.0
