    Remove the domain from /etc/localdomains and add it to /etc/remotedomains. I think in the MX editor there's an option you can check for this as well, but who uses MX editor nowadays ;)

    so only your provider will be able to do this for you

    Hello :) I recommend consulting with your hosting provider as suggested in the previous post. Your hosting provider will be able to to modify this setting for you if you do not have access to it under "MX Entry" in cPanel. Thank you.
