Exim not start

Hello. I can not starting exim. root@srv1 [~]# service exim restart service exim restart Shutting down exim: [FAILED] Shutting down spamd: [ OK ] Starting exim: [ OK ] 0 processes (antirelayd) sent signal 9 /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/update_sa_rules: running in background touch: cannot touch `/var/lock/subsys/exim': No such file or directory
root@srv1 [~]# service exim status exim is stopped
How it fix?
