HTML & CSS - Not refreshing on changes.. VPS problem?

Hi Guys, I have a problem, When ever i change a css file or html the changes are not being made instantly. What function do i have to activate in my apache build? How can i fix this? Because this is really making me crazy :mad: Thanks! I am using - Apache Booster - Nginx - CSF

  You sure this isn't just browser cache? Ie, if you make a change and clear your browser cache (or use a different browser), are you able to see said change?

  How are you modifying the file? Have you tried using the command line to view the file contents after the change to verify it was successful? Thank you.
