Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File "rying to chdir to . does not exist."

    Hello :) How was this backup archive generated? Have you tried restoring it via the command line? EX: /scripts/restorepkg username

    Hi there, The backwas made when i was moving server from the cpanel .. Moving account with password .. No I have not tried that way as i don't know how to ?

    Hi there, I have done this way now . /scripts/restorepkg username It has worked and restored the account but now its just showing a white page ? [Removed Actual Domain Name]

    Have you checked to make sure all of the contents are in it's public_html directory? Do you notice any error message in the Apache error log or any individual error_log file within the account? Thank you.
