SSL Redirection

I currently have an SSL certificate on my hostname, which i redirect all the /cpanel /webmail too. However i have one user who also has an SSL certificate installed. So when they go to /cpanel they still get redirected to the hostname ssl. Can i do both, redirect all except the user with their own SSL cert? Thank you.

  Hello :) It's not possible to utilize an individual domain name's SSL certificate for services such as cPanel/WHM.
