Hello :) There are no native features with cPanel/WHM that would allow you to assign multiple owners to an individual email account. You are welcome to try to implement a manual workaround or open a feature request via: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.

Hello Michael, Thank you for that, I thought it may have been the case after not finding a lot of information on the topic online. In our instance we are using Dovecot to act as the mailserver and have found some information on their website about using symlinks as a workaround; "With Maildir++ layout it's not possible to automatically share "mailbox and its children". You'll need to symlink each mailbox separately. With v1.1+ you could do this by using "fs" layout for mailboxes (requires converting existing maildirs from Maildir++). " As far as achieving a true shared mailbox, apparently it is possible but I would have to read up on it as to how it could actually be achieved as I have only been working with Centos and WHM/Cpanel for a fairly short amount of time. If anyone else is interested or fancies helping me understand the article in plain english the link to the page on the wiki is below; [url=http://wiki2.dovecot.org/SharedMailboxes/Shared]SharedMailboxes/Shared - Dovecot Wiki Thanks again
