    Possible reason could be the cpanel system files corrupt or missing, On other case HDD is full and server couldnt able to write any data into the server(as logs or etc... while accessing the whm) As Michael said, do share your findings & resolution. which will help 1000s who searches for answers.

    It was the problem with disk space inodes and if other people meet this problem just try to contact the host provider and as them ti increas this it will be fine XD
