Email Manager for Web Hosting Company

Hey guys, First of all I have no idea where to go to with this question, So I hope it's okay to post it here. I understand that "Webmail" is the default to login to the mail area for the server. Although I was kinda hoping that there would be a WHMCS type platform that I could install on mail.domain.com eg and have users go there to login to their email accounts. Not only that but have some type of custom layout, Not like the 3 default mail clients in Cpanel. I hope I'm explaining this right, And I'm sure there is something out there but Google just doesn't seem to be happening for me right now. Regards, Petru
