How can I install cPanel/WHM on Linux

I am trying to install cpanel by these commands # wget http://layer2.cpanel.net/latest # sh latest But sh latest command does not work.The Web SSH Consol gives the message Command not found. Please help me anyone.

Command to install this would be :- yum install wget [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - Once you have checked wget is installed issue commands cd /home then wget -N http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/latest then run the installer sh latest
