unknown thousands spam emails from my server

Hello Suddenly yesterday thousands of bounced emails hitting my server and when i checked WHM in the Mail Queue Manager I see many emails waiting to to be sent as shown on the attached image If those emails are listed in the Mail Queue Manager does it mean its for real comming out from my server or it might be spoofing? cpanel dedicated server CentOS release 6.5 (Final) whm/cpanel WHM 11.40.0 (build 26)

  from what little info you provided it looks to be coming from your server

  Howdy, Track this down to a site and see if they have an insecure mailbox or mailform. Turn on outbound rate limits to slow the damage to your dnsbl cred. Thanks!

  I was able to solve the issue by changing the email account password and made very strict rules for CSF/LFD firewall
