/usr/sbin/sa and removed user

I use /usr/sbin/sa command for monitor load of every user on my VPS, but I have a question, in report I see some users that I removed account montly ago... what is possible?

  It looks like you might be seeing cached data. It's not likely the account is using any resources if the account is removed and you do not see any existing data for it. Try using other tools to check the usage as referenced here: Troubleshooting High Loads On Linux Systems Thank you.
