  Hello :) WordPress is often used, but this type of question is likely better asked at a forum where discussions of building websites occur (E.g. webhostingtalk). The cPanel forums are primarily intended for discussions about the cPanel/WHM software. Thank you.

  About the CMS, instead of this isn't the right place for these type of question, but I totally recommend WordPress, using it now in 50+ website I own. Greetings,

  Correct. Not the right place, and I wouldn't always recommend Wordpress. Depends what the website is...
