Hello :) You may want to look into the following log message: [QUOTE]/bin/gtar: /var/cpanel/user_pw_cache/513: Read error at byte 0, while reading 87 bytes: Input/output error
Have you noticed any additional messages in /var/log/messages or /var/log/dmesg that might indicate filesystem errors or a failing hard drive? Thank you.

Thanks for the response! I can't seem to read that file: root@prime [~]# tail -n 15 /var/cpanel/user_pw_cache/513 tail: error reading `/var/cpanel/user_pw_cache/513': Input/output error
Would it be safe to delete? Also log messages don't appear to indicate anything additional.

You can try moving that file out of the way, but note that it's not normal for a file to display "Input/output error". It indicates a possibility that the file is corrupted. Thank you.

Hello, Input/output errors like that are normally a bad indication that hard drive failure is imminent. I recommend you get that drive replaced ASAP. Check dmesg output for disk errors as well.

The output in your last response does not show any specific error messages. The message you see is in reference to the system backups uploading to a remote destination. This is documented here: System Backups Thank you.
