Should I be able to view emails deleted by Spam Assassin?

Should I be able to view emails deleted by Spam Assassin? How do I know if valid emails are not being deleted? I have Spam Assassin through my hosting company Directnic. As far as I am aware I do not have access to a console. They just give you a graphical control panel but there do not appear to be logs for Spam Assassin. How am I supposed to know what is being deleted?

  Hello :) You can browse to the "SpamAssassin" option within cPanel. You will be able to see if "Spam Auto-Delete" is enabled. If it is, you can disable it so that email is delivered normally but with the "SPAM" flag in the header. Thank you.

  Thanks auto delete is enabled. Should there be a log to show what was deleted? I want to see what is being caught if anything. I still get a whole lot of spam with delete on. Things that are obvious spam (I think I have another thread on this).

  There are log files, but you must have root access to view them (e.g. /var/log/exim_mainlog). Thank you.
