expose_php setting doesn't disable x-powered-by

I've set expose_php to "off" in PHP Configuration Editor, restarted apache, and I still see x-powered-by in page headers. Is there anything else I can do?

  Hello :) Does it show the specific PHP version that you are using? Also, are there any individual php.ini files within that account? Thank you.
