eMail accounts moving via FTP (cur & new) dates problem

    Hello :) You could generate an archive (e.g. zip) of the email directories, and then transfer the archive instead of the individual files. This way, when you restore the archive on the destination server it retains the timestamps of the files. Thank you.

    I just realized that I can't/don't know how to generate a zip file of a FTP folder in order to retain the timestamp of the files, as well as decompressing that file later on within the new server. How would you suggest me to do that? My FTP software appears not to have that function (FileZilla). Thank you!
