SMTP Error 550

This error pops up when sending email from an email address on domain.com to a particular email address on anotherdomain.com. All other mails are routed properly. "SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<******@anotherdomain.com>: host corpmx.servername.co.za [196.28.xx.xxx]: 550-Verification failed for <**********@domain.com>\n550-Unrouteable address\n550 Sender address rejected" any ideas? Am a new to cpanel.

  Hello :) Is the domain name you are sending to hosted on a different server or is it a local domain name? Are you able to send to other domain names hosted on that same server? Is there any chance the sending domain name exists as an account on that remote server? Thank you.
