Hello :) I suggest posting on their support forums for assistance installing their software: [url=http://forums.cacti.net]Cacti Forums While you may receive some input here, this forum is primarily intended for discussions of the cPanel/WHM software. Thank you.

This is funny, from this topic: Cacti " View topic - Help setup Cacti on cPanel Server - Cacti Forums they send users to Cpanel since you are repacking some software used on cpanel. From this thread however you are sending users to Cacti. The riddle is?

The thread you referenced notes a specific error message a user encounter while attempting to install Cacti on a cPanel server. Thus, that particular issue was directed here because it was unrelated to their software. Are you experiencing the same error message? Thank you.

Are you attempting to monitor the MySQL status, or is it purely bandwidth you want to capture? If you want general monitoring of MySQL uptime, you may find Nagios helpful: MySQL Monitoring - Nagios Thank you.
