cPanel license active yet trial version being used
Hi,
We just did a baremetal restore on a server and it's saying that a trial version is being ran. The IP has an active license, it can communicate with the server and for some reason /var/cpanel/trial keeps getting created. Removing it and running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt has no effect. Tried running upcp --force but it didn't help. Port 80 is opened and the server can communicate w/ the licensing server :
root@xxx [/usr/local/cpanel/logs]# tail -f license_log

Any ideas what's going on? Thanks. Mugurel.

Please check to make sure the server is making outgoing connections from the licensed IP address: lynx -dump http://www.cpanel.net/showip.cgi
