I'm getting this message to users in my WHM hosting VPS server. It has happened sporadically in the past but for some reason has become more frequent in the last week. I found this forum post

  Hello :) Please ensure you review the following options under the "Mail" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings": "Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour" "Number of failed or deferred messages a domain may send before protections can be triggered" Also, check your packages via "WHM Home " Packages " Edit a Package" to make sure the values are not configured at the account level. Thank you.

  How does one identify accounts violating these rules? I would like to be able to clear a domain if a user is having a problem with this.

  You can search /var/log/exim_mainlog using "exigrep" for the domain name to see if it's reached the configured limit. Thank you.
