/~account redirecting to movingpage.cgi after Express Transfer of other accounts on server

I'm in the middle of setting up a new server. A few days ago, I used Express Transfer to copy most of the accounts on the old server to the new (so the DNS for these accounts were updated), but the main account that's used as a nameserver was not transferred. I discovered today that when someone goes to: It doesn't matter which account they use; they're all being redirected. Going to

  If you have checked that the IP addresses were updated... Check the .htaccess file in the public_html directory on the new server for the rewrite rule.
