Unable to install iso with cpanel

I am trying to install CentOS 6.4 iso with cPanel downloaded from [url=http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/]Downloads - cPanel Inc. inside an ESXI Virtual Machine. After setting the eth0 properties (auto from dhcp) I get the following errors: What should I do ? .vB .vB

  corrupt iso perhaps ?? try setting eth0 statically
