    The image shows the page loading, not an empty box. The side menu is also, empty. You might try another browser just to see if this is browser related.     IF it is browser related (Firefox latest release) then there is indeed a problem. The page when loaded stays that why (as shown in the screen image) no matter how long it "loads" or if you refresh / reload it. I'm also seeing an error message that the (imap) server terminated the connection expectantly.

    I checked 2 servers, one running EDGE, the other CURRENT and am not seeing this issue. Have you tried to force an update to cPanel? That error message indeed sounds like its related.

    WHM 11.42.0 (build 20) With your current Update Settings, you will be upgrading to the latest current build. Forcing reinstall.. trying it in Chrome shows same problems / errors. update: Forcing cPanel reinstall = no changes.

    To update, this was the result of a corrupted dovecot-uidlist file in the account's mail directory. This file was moved out of the way so it could be regenerated. Email now loads as expected. Thank you.

    Yes, to confirm it was indeed a corrupted file and once removed, email inbox started working again. Thanks again for the help to the cP staff who worked this.

    I have the same problem but on this server we still have Courier installed. How can we solve this? A ticket is already openend -> 4831935

    To update, it looks like this was a separate issue as it was resolved by resetting the folder navigation preference in Horde. Thank you.
