What is the use of .Cpanel directory under home

Please let me know what is the use of .cpanel directory under users home directory. Thanks in advance!....

  Hello :) The ".cpanel" directory within the account has several purposes. It stores cache/data/preferences associated with the cPanel account. You can review this data with a command such as: ls -al /home/$username/.cpanel/
