How to redirect users when access domain.com/cpanel to https://secure.domain.com:2083

  You can set this in WHM tweak settings. WHM >> Tweak Settings >> Redirection >> always redirect to SSL.

  Hello :) You will need to setup redirection to the hostname of the server or the SSL certificate name via the following options under the "Redirection" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings": Always redirect to SSL Non-SSL redirect destination SSL redirect destination Your domain name's SSL certificate is not used for the cPanel/WHM/Webmail service unless you want all accounts to use it.
