Having a lot of issues...

So I have a cPanel licence on my VPS And I have had all sorts of problems that NEVER end! Its not a network issue either! So It will randomly happen where my Websites stop being accessible.... BUT cPanel & WHM are accessible! Theres no overloading or anything like that, But it seems Apache craps out when hitting 750MBPS of Bandwidth which never happened when using Webuzo Control Panel. Also Randomly both my cPanel and WHM passwords stop being able to be used and my host has to keep fixing that too. Any idea what is going on?

  Hello :) Do you notice any output to the Apache error log (/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log) when the websites are no longer accessible? Thank you.
