Can not get trial license on my new server!

I used directadmin for years but now I want to run my cpanel server. I heard that cpanel provides a 15 days free trial license. So I installed cpanel on my new server but after completion of installation sudenly I found that the server IP is not allowed to use free trial license because it has a previous license history! The expiration date of the license is as bellow: expired on 2013-05-29 06:00:01 It's too bad. It seems someone else used this IP before. So how do I get a free trial license on my new server? I hope one of cpanel staffs help me

  I tried to send a support ticket but it seems their support system do not allow non-customers to send support tickets! How can I contact them?
