Backup transport errors on:
Hello!
In last 2 week i'm getting this e-mail object from my vps.
The body is:
"The following errors occurred while transporting your backup files:
Unable to prune transport "My Personal Ftp"
What does it mean exactly??
I explain better.. i have a backup rotate on last 3 and i set a remote destination on FTP.
Every 3 Backups Cpanel delete the older and keep new files.
This happen ONLY on Local machine and NOT on FTP space.
I know that and ever has been... in fact i was deleting manually older files from ftp.
But what is changed on last Whm versions?? Because now i'm getting these error messages? Seems like whm try to delete folders from remote destination and fail! Isn't it??
Anyway i can see backups correctly on ftp. How i can fix this warning?

Hello :) Please review the following log file: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log
Do you notice any specific error message when the pruning attempt occurs? Thank you.0 -

It's possible this is related to an internal case, but could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0
