Problem accessing cPanel

i have trouble in loading cpanel homepage from my broadband as well as my corporate net connection. it was working with dhcp and windows xp. with windows7 not working. 2083 port virtual hosting please help get out the problem

  Hello :) Yes, see if it loads directly over port 80 using the proxy subdomains feature (cpanel.domain.com) or check to make sure there are no router or firewall rules blocking outgoing connections to the cPanel ports. Thank you.
