Transfer account from another server -- stalled

Hi all, I've just copied an account from another server (Direct Admin to cPanel) and the transfer seems to have stopped at "Cleaning up extract directory" Will the copied account be ok? Where is the extract directory (so I can clean it up manually or see if its empty) What steps were after "Cleaning up extract directory", I know its probably not much, but was there any important stuff that has not been completed. Thanks Pete

  Hello :) How large is the account, and did the transfer end up completing? Thank you.

  It was a fairly large site (2GB total) The transfer never got past "Cleaning up extract directory" part, I left it for about an hour and in the end I just had to close the browser window. I know all the main stuff was copied, home dir, email, mysql, and the transferred account seems completely fine. Pete

  You can review the transfer logs via: "WHM Home " Transfers " Review Copied Accounts" Review the log for that transfer to ensure there were no errors during the process. Thank you.
