Cannot access to cpanel

Hello i'm the whm user with root. This time i get the error from my customer when they login to cpanel and try to access to phpmyadmin direct on the icon it only show the login screen like this .vB it must be a bug but not sure.

  Check to see if the user has a local .my.cnf file: /home/user/.my.cnf If it exists, either remove it or make sure the password listed in it is correct.

  Also, make sure the MySQL password is synced with the cPanel account password by changing the password via: "WHM Home " Account Functions " Password Modification" Thank you.

  Hello it work thz.. but why this happening ? dose it effect with the other user ?

  It's likely the MySQL password for the user was changed at some point and the account password was not. You can test this with other users, but I see no reason to believe it would a server-wide occurrence. Thank you.
