Hello :) It might be difficult to troubleshoot this issue if you do not have root access to the server. Have you contacted your hosting provider about this issue so they can look into it? Thank you.

Yes, that is what I assumed. I did file with their tech support, but they said I needed to go to cPanel support. I had assumed it had to do with their configuration and/or changes to WHM/cPanel that caused the issues. Does anyone know if installing WHMCS would have anything to do with this problem? I did install it about the same time as the problem occurred. Don't know if its related or not.

Installing WHMCS wouldn't have any affect on this. If you've branded one of the default styles, motor_city in this case, a cPanel update would have wiped the logo I think. Better to copy the style and rename it, then edit. cPanel won't update that one. [QUOTE]The Branding Editor allows you to edit the header and footer images in each theme, as well as the main page icons for the style. To do this, create a new branding style, then edit it by adding your custom images.
[QUOTE]Not sure why it worked several days ago when we first set it up, and now it does not work. Our logo only shows up in the Branding Editor and our master cpanel but not our clients.
What do you mean by master cPanel? Have you tried reapplying the custom style to that package the user is on?

I also tried that. Repeatedly. No matter which style i changed the logo on, it did not show in any of the client cpanels. It did show and stay on the Branding Editor pages and our reseller cpanel account, but not client accounts, whereas a couple weeks ago I could change styles and our logo would appear in all styles and in all client cpanels. Now it doesn't. [QUOTE]What do you mean by master cPanel? Have you tried reapplying the custom style to that package the user is on?
We have a reseller account using WHM which also, of course, has a corresponding cpanel. All cpanels are asigned the same style since the Change Style feature is off in the client packages. The logo change always takes on the main cpanel account (our cpanel). However, when we click the Apply to All Accounts button for the style change, it does not apply our logo to any cpanel account except ours. The style changes for all cpanels, but the logo does not change from the default cpanel logo. If I am correct, with Change Style feature turned off in the client cpanels, there is no way to change their style except through the WHM Branding Editor. However, just to be sure, I turned on the Change Style feature in a client's cpanel and tried changing it there. Again, the style changed, but our logo did not show, only the default cpanel logo. I am still quite curious as to why this worked correctly a week or so ago, but now no longer works correctly.
