404 Not Found

Hello, I've just set up a new account but the user does not have a domain yet, so they wish to just use the IP Address i.e. /http://12.34.56.78/~username/ There was an issue with 500 Internal Server Error.. Which was due to the mod_tweak security.. Now the user has uploaded the wordpress installation files however there now seems to be an issue with Error 404 Not Found? The files are definitely in the directory.. Any help is greatly appreciated!

  Hello, Your access is listed as website owner. Do you have access to the /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log file? If so, that's where you need to look to find the cause of the errors. If not, then you'll need to check with your host to see if they can assist you.
