How Contact Manager Works?

In WHM's "Contact Manager" I see this option: "cPanel Backup" Will this notify me every time one of my cPanel users generates a backup? If not, is there a way I could setup WHM to notify my of all backups generated by users? Thank you for your time and support!

  Hello :) No, that contact alert type is for global backups on your server. There are no alert types for when an individual account generates a backup through cPanel. You are welcome to submit a feature request for that via: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.
