    You might check creation dates on those files and then have a closer look at your sites and logs for clues. And then kill the files to satisfy your backups working as expected.

    Hello :) I believe the ".tsb" directory is associated with the Trendy Site Builder application. You could likely delete that directory if it's an application that you no longer use. Thank you.

    There are actually a few of our clients that use Trendy, But why wouldnt root have permission to access it when automated backups are in progress? Is it okay to change the permissions so that root can access it? Im not sure what permissions are for 1341. Also, when that error comes up, does that stop all backups from running? Or does it just skip that folder but keeps all the rest for those specific accounts?

    The message indicates that directory was skipped. The account itself should have still backed up. The backup process runs as the cPanel user whose data is backed up. Anything a user cannot access is not backed up. Thank you.
