Unable to with WHM user

Hello, I have root account & when i try to reset reseller user password but its now working his whm with reset password. Can please provide us the solution. Thank You

  Please review the following log file: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log
  Do you see any entries associated with that username? Thank you.

  Yes got his user in log file. rstars20 [03/21/2014:17:43:48 -0000] "POST /login/?login_only=1 HTTP/1.1" FAILED LOGIN whostmgrd: login attempt to whm by a non-reseller/root How can i login or reset the pass of this user.

  That message indicates the user is not a reseller. Are you sure you have granted that user reseller privileges? Thank you.
