    Yes changed email and cPanel passwords but not sure how to find out how they got access.

    Hello, Hackers/Spammers get access from sorts of locations. Most common is that the computer or device at the customer is infected with a trojan that steals passwords. Have them scan their computer and any device that access emails for infections.
