AUTHRELAY Alert

Hi just wondering if someone could advise me please. I had emails for a customers account AUTHRELAY Alert they tried to send 1000s of emails, but this could not of been the customer because they had been sent from 5 different countries, and need to know if this means they all got access to his email account or would they have malware on their computer ?

  Could be either, you should investigate both. At the very least, change his email and account passwords.

  Yes changed email and cPanel passwords but not sure how to find out how they got access.

  Hello, Hackers/Spammers get access from sorts of locations. Most common is that the computer or device at the customer is infected with a trojan that steals passwords. Have them scan their computer and any device that access emails for infections.
