Self-Signed Certificate Error Help Please !!!

Hello Everyone, I am the owner of - Removed - and trying to add self-signed certificate to my site through cpanel but its gave me an error and i am last step. Error :- The certificate could not be installed on the domain "domain.com". error The user 'chmosama' is required to have the feature 'sslinstall' to install SSL items.: The user 'chmosama' is required to have the feature 'sslinstall' to install SSL items.
