    Hi fsaadatp. Welcome to cPanel Forums. In response to your question, it sounds like you're trying to set up your first domain with cPanel/WHM, is that correct? Firstly, it's best to make sure that you are aware that any changes your make to your domains DNS may take up to 24 hours to propagate. In a perfect world, it would be instant, but unfortunately, life as a domain administrator is a waiting game. Can you try the following code in Command Prompt (Assuming your using Windows on your personal computer): ping domain.com
    (Replace "domain.com" with your domain name.) Try that code, provide the output here. :)

    In the 1:1 Nat documentation page it clearly sates to use private IP for WHM server. Why did you use public IP, was there a reason for this?

    In addition to the other questions, could you elaborate more on how the domain name is not loading? Is there an error message, a default cPanel page, or does it simply not resolve to the IP address? Thank you.
