VERP support in Exim?

I'm seriously considering switching my mailman lists to personalized delivery for more accurate bounce detection, but I can't find out if Exim is by default configured to support it. IE: mailman requires the server be able to support something in the form of listname-bounces+mail=domain@list.domain in order to properly do what I'm looking to do. Does Exim support this? Does CPanel enable this support by default? Can this support be enabled if it's not on by default? Inquiring minds wouldn't mind knowing.

  No to the first, and yes to the second I assume. If yes to the second, how? The Exim document did not help.

  None. I had no clue as to what that document was talking about. Specifically, "Typically this is done by setting a local_part_suffix option for a router, and using this to route the messages to wherever you want to handle them." WTF?! Which local_part_suffix do I set? What do I set it to? etc., etc., etc.
