They don't use this website to send email, cPanel doesn't host websites. Can you be a bit more clear about the issue?

It sounds to me like you're saying that clients trying to send emails to domains @icloud.com, @me.com... etc... are not being delivered. Have you checked the logs for your mailserver? It's possible that the recipient mailservers are rejecting them.

Use a tool like [URL=http://www.mxtoolbox.com]MXToolBox.com to see if your server IP is on any mail blacklists (RBL's).

It doesn't allow me to view your record. Are you confirming that you are not listed at all?

After you've ensured that you are no longer listed on any RBL's, I would suggest using the "Email Trace" option in cPanel. Put in the recipient email and it should provide a report from the mailserver as to whether the mail has been delivered, rejected etc... EDIT: I just accessed yur server IP and the page at [url=http://91.205.174.15/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi]BlooWeb - Hosting linux, Multidominio e Server dedicati is not the default cPanel one. Did you change this or was this set by your hosting provider? If this was done by your hosting provider, it's hard to tell what other settings they may have changed.

If you click the image on the right of the record... With the magnifying glass... What information does that show?

The email is being successfully delivered to the icloud networks. After it reaches them, it is their responsibility to deliver the mail. Your server is working fine. It's an error on their end. I suggest contact them.
