Site not sending Confirmation mail, comments notifications etc.

Hi there, I saw that from Jan 3 2014, emails are not coming from my blog. For example, when someone comment on my blog I didn't get mail, the backups which I were getting from plugin named Better WP Security (now iTheme Security) is no more coming, the contact form of my blog isn't working etc. I tried many things to fix it but nothing worked. Many peoples said that the problem is in the configurations of cPanel. Few peoples (including my web host customer care) said that it could also be due to SMTP configurations, so I given try to it also but it also not helped me. So, can anyone tell me reasons for it could happen so I could fix it? :confused: -- Thanks!

  Sounds more like an issue for a WP support forum and not cPanel. You should look for your answer

  Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner", indicating a lack of root access to the server. This issue will need to be addressed by your web hosting provider or through the support of the software application you are using (WordPress). Thank you.
